For the daily/weekly rates:
- + government tax US $ 4.50 daily
- + 6 turnover tax (rent + insurance)
- + December 15, 2013 till March 2, 2014: all rates +15%
+ additional driver $ 10.- one-time fee on a rental.
- + local fee $6,- one-time per contract
